How I Created This Art Project at Business In City Center Mall in San Francisco California

Community Events

Today I would like to share with you how I created this “Watercolor on Canvas” art project at a business in city center mall in California.

When we created a project. It is always good to know more about the background and culture behind. I learned this in my fashion design study, we have the TOP rule, which means Time, Occasion and Purpose when we design a dress. So for art same concept, target audience, environment style and purpose.

As you can see it is a very nice modern mall located at San Francisco east bay called Bishop Ranch City Center. I designed art for a business On the EDGE, specialized in quality shoes and fashion products. The style is modern urban, minimalist with California coast lifestyle. So I created these contemporary art pieces with surfer couple and fashion as theme. I chose bold colors to create the contract again overall neutral background to give some eye-catching attention to create stylish, interesting engaging and fun environment to attract the crowd.

As of today, life has changed. A lot of malls and retail stores were closed worldwide due to this pandemic virus. However, I would like to encourage you to stay motivated with beautiful things like art and look forward to re-open and re-build our life.
